My Minneapolis highlights include:
Juicy Lucy
The most amazing cheese-filled burger you’ll ever have. You can get them a million different places in the city.
Visiting the Mall of America, Barbie’s Dreamhouse and the American Girl store 🙂
Barbie’s Dreamhouse is pretty trashy, but fun to say you went.
The Mary Tyler Moore Statue
This was probably my main highlight because I grew up LOVING her.
St. Paul for St. Patty’s Day
They throw a big outdoor block party, and it’s super fun.
Walking down the Mills District along the Mississippi River
Awesome old buildings with fun history of the city
Visiting the University of Minnesota campus
I love looking at college campuses and find my DG sorority house so this was fun for me.
Cheese curds, fried everything
The food was awesome, and I gained 7,000 pounds upon returning home.
Of course, seeing my friend from SF and my friend from studying abroad in London!
