What Are The Best Places To Eat Breakfast In Boise
1 – Goldy’s Breakfast Bistro
This is probably my favorite! Located in the heart of downtown Boise, Goldy’s is a local institution. Their customizable classic breakfasts and french toast are standout dishes. There are two Goldy’s right next to each other downtown which can be confusing, but try to go to the sit-down restaurant and not the coffee shop. This place is always packed, so try and go early. If there’s a wait, you can wait at the coffee shop next door.

2 – Eggman and Earl
This spot is in an unassuming strip mall, but oh my gosh, the food here is fabulous! They have unique takes on breakfast staples and their puff pastries and hangover hash is amazing. Try and arrive early—especially on the weekends because it gets busy!

3 – Certified Kitchen and Bakery
They have the best breakfast sandwich in Boise! I love coming here and grabbing a coffee down at Hyde Perk next door. It’s located in the charming Hyde Park neighborhood and is a grab-and-go spot.

4 – The Griddle
This is a Treasure Valley favorite with a wide selection of breakfast classics, including pancakes, waffles, and omelets. Their family-friendly vibe is a bonus.

Fork has been a Boise staple for many years downtown and has great Idahoan grub. The vibe is fun, and it’s always packed no matter what time of the day it is! Their breakfast menu includes unique dishes like sweet potato hash and breakfast burritos. Plus, they have quite a few gluten-free options.

This bagel spot is modeled after a traditional New York bagel shop,. They have delicious bagels perfect for a quick breakfast. I love their different bagel spreads, as they are super unique flavors that you can’t find anywhere else!

7- Roosevelt Market
Roosevelt Market is a charming neighborhood cafe tucked away in the North End neighborhood of Boise. It has cozy neighborhood cafe vibes and fresh, homemade bites. Their little patio is the perfect spot to sip coffee or enjoy a delicious sandwich while soaking up the peaceful, tree-lined streets!

8 -Janjou Patisserie
This French bakery is renowned for its almond croissants and other delectable pastries. You can come here for the pastries or their different quiche and croque madame options. They have coffee, and their owner was a James Beard semifinalist!

This is a great grab-and-go bagel shop and is a must-visit for bagel lovers. They serve up freshly baked bagels, and spreads perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. They also have creative bagel sandwich options and coffee options! It’s a great spot to start the day.

As the name suggests, Bacon is all about, bacon! Their “Bacon Flight” is a must-try, and their classic breakfasts are some of the best in Boise. I also love getting Bloody Mary’s here.
